- Full Body 
 In this flowing class we move around to get into all the nooks and crannies of the body.
- Backbending 
 We explore various movements of the spine whilst strengthening the back muscles through some safe backbending, as a result you might feel completely reenergised!
- Neck & Shoulders 
 Release tension in your neck and strengthen your shoulders.
- Sidebending 
 Create space in-between the ribs and notice the effect in the chest, waist and hips. This class leaves you feeling like your breath can flow freely in all directions.
- Hips & Balance 
 Are you up to challenge your balance by finding stability in your hips?- Please note, my online store is currently disabled.
